Stylized patterns from the famous Pirot kilim rugs, transposed into authentic oil paintings on canvas. This modern vision of a traditional applied art motif represents the last painting series of Belgrade artist Milica Zivadinovic, who has been living and working in Paris since 1999.

ETNOCHIC represents Milica’s recognizable, eclectic and continuously nurtured approach to ethnology. In her intimate visual stories, she unites colors and ornamentation into a marriage of the traditional and modern. All Pirot kilim rugs carry a strong symbolism which Milica presents in a way accessible to the eye, universaly understandable to every observer.

We offer two framing options:

Printed canvas stretched over a wooden frame (stretcher bars). This frame in not visible.
Add frame to accentuate the piece. Color options - black or white.

All prints are framed by a professional and are ready for hanging. to be hung on the wall.
